Strawberry Leaf tea is beneficial for the female reproductive system, including easing PMS symptoms, moderating a heavy flow, and lessening cramps. To make your own caffeine-free tea, steep 1 to 2 tsp. of dried strawberry leaves in 8 ounces of hot water for 5 – 10 minutes. Botanicals, herbs, or spices may also be added, such as sweet cinnamon chips, mulling spices, turmeric, sage leaf, lemon balm leaf, jasmine, or rose. Black or green teas can also be added to enjoy their health benefits and a little pick-me-up.
