Fine Black Hawaiian Sea Salt, also known as black lava salt, is harvested from the coastal waters of the Hawaiian islands. A coating of activated charcoal obtained from coconut shells provides its distinctive black color and earthy flavor. Highly regarded by culinary enthusiasts, Black Hawaiian complements roasted and grilled foods, then does double duty by beautifully garnishing the rim of a cocktail glass.

Red Alaea salt is a traditional Hawaiian sea salt colored reddish-brown by the addition of volcanic red clay known as alaea. It is used to season and preserve foods, enhance roasted meats and vegetables, and makes a wonderful garnish for Bloody Marys. Less salty than regular table salt, Red Alaea has an earthy, mellow crunchiness that is rich in trace minerals, including iron oxide from the alaea clay.

Cyprus Flake Salt comes from the Mediterranean Sea surrounding the island of Cyprus. The pyramid shape is created from a two-year long process of raking, solar evaporation, and heating. This delicate gourmet flake salt provides a delightful crunch with a mild flavor. Sprinkle it over desserts or breads for an eye-catching presentation and an extra layer of flavor and texture. It is especially well-suited to white fish and roasted vegetables.

Celtic Sea Salt, a sustainably-harvested, unprocessed salt from the coastal regions of France, is renowned for containing 82 trace minerals and essential magnesium that give it a light gray color. It is beneficial for hydration due to its lower sodium and higher mineral content compared to table salt. Its coarse, damp crystals are ideal for sprinkling over roasted vegetables, meats, and seafood. Skin care is on the menu, too, as bath scrubs improve skin texture and reduce dry skin.
