black tea

Blooming Harvest is a wonderful blend of flavors and colors. Black tea is the base, providing a full-bodied taste, while apricot pieces impart a natural sweetness. Calendula petals suffuse the blend with the fragrance of springtime and a pop of golden streaks.
Blooming Harvest works well dressed in her best finery for an elegant tea party, yet also settles in comfortably for an afternoon of watching the 1995 version of Pride and Prejudice for the umpteenth time. Fortunately, Blooming Harvest’s black tea contains caffeine, possibly enabling you to see the entire six episodes before dawn with the most basic of time management skills.
To brew an 8 oz. cup of Blooming Harvest, boil (212°F) water with 1 to 1½ teaspoons of tea for 3 – 5 min.

Calendula (Calendula officinalis) has been valued in traditional herbal practices since the 12th century and remains one of the most widely recognized botanical flowers. Calendula is naturally rich in a diverse array of plant compounds, including flavonoids, triterpenoids, glycosides, saponins, carotenoids, volatile oils, amino acids, sterols, and quinones, all of which contribute to its distinctive botanical profile. Its vibrant golden petals make calendula a popular ingredient in herbal teas, infused oils, salves, soaps, and other botanical preparations.
