Tanacetum parthenium

Feverfew is commonly used for migraines and tension headaches. Using it regularly even works as a preventive. Feverfew also relieves painful menstrual cramps and brings on menses. For this reason, it shouldn’t be used during pregnancy as it can stimulate uterine contractions.

To make Feverfew tea, steep 1 heaping tsp. of leaves and flowers in one cup of hot water. Allow to infuse till lukewarm.
As with any herb, consult with a medical professional before using Feverfew.
